1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buldix AI at buldix.com(the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Webmatia Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton St, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

2. The Service

Buldix AI is a digital subscription-style software product that provides a searchable library of AI creative prompt recipes for image and video generation. Features include:

Search and browse over 14,000 AI creative prompts
Copy prompts for use in third-party AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Flux, etc.)
Save prompts to personal favourites and collections
AI Prompt Enhancer powered by large language models
Curated collections and category browsing

Buldix AI is a software-as-a-service product. It does not itself generate images or videos, and it does not sell AI-generated media. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your password and not share your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@buldix.com
Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You must be at least 13 years of age to create a free account. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Pricing and Billing

4.1 Free Access

A limited selection of prompts (approximately 700+) is available at no cost, with a daily copy limit. No payment information is required to browse free prompts.

4.2 Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan provides permanent full access to all current and future features — all 14,000+ prompts, the AI Prompt Enhancer, unlimited copying, and every future update — for a single one-time payment of $27.00 USD. This is a non-recurring charge; you will never be billed again and there is no subscription to cancel.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change pricing at any time for new purchases. Price changes will not affect existing Lifetime plan holders — once you have purchased, your access is permanent at no additional cost.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are collected and processed by our third-party payment provider(s), which may act as the merchant of record for your transaction. By completing a purchase you also agree to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy, which are presented at checkout. We do not collect or store your full card details or bank information. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD); your bank may apply currency conversion and fees.

4.5 Delivery of Digital Goods

Access is delivered digitally and automatically. Immediately after a successful payment, your account is upgraded and full access is unlocked — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. If your access is not unlocked within a few minutes of a completed payment, contact support@buldix.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your Lifetime purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@buldix.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order reference and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

After the 14-day window, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or bulk copying of the vault prior to a refund request).

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Buldix AI platform, including its design, code, branding, and the curation and organisation of prompts, is owned by Webmatia Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself without our written permission.

6.2 Prompt Content

The prompts in our library are text descriptions sourced from publicly available creative works and social media posts by creators. Where prompts originate from identifiable sources, attribution is provided. Webmatia Ltd does not claim ownership of the underlying creative concepts within individual prompts.

6.3 Your Licence to Use Prompts

By copying a prompt, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that prompt text for the purpose of generating AI images or videos in third-party tools. Your use of any AI-generated output is subject to the terms of the AI generation tool you use. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the prompts themselves (in bulk or individually) as a competing product
Scrape, crawl, or harvest prompts from the platform programmatically
Use the prompts or platform data to train AI or machine learning models

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Buldix AI, or any prompt obtained from it, to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates any third party's rights
Create sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content involving minors
Create misleading, deceptive, or defamatory depictions of real, identifiable individuals
Violate the terms of service of any AI generation platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent the platform's security
Use automated means to access the platform without our written consent
Create multiple accounts to abuse free-access limits
Impersonate any person or organisation

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Responsible & Lawful Use Disclaimer

Buldix AI provides text prompts as a creative reference tool. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to generate using third-party AI tools and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, platform policies, and the rights of others. Buldix AI does not endorse or facilitate the creation of misleading, harmful, infringing, or non-consensual content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webmatia Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 (whichever is greater).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and AI tools. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of protections afforded by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
